What is a ticket broker?

A ticket broker buys and sells event tickets. We provide a service to help consumers locate hard to find tickets such as front row concert tickets and sold-out sports event tickets. Ticket prices are set by supply and demand and will almost always be more than the face value on the tickets because ticket brokers almost always have to pay more than the face value for these tickets that have such a high demand. Always remember that ticket brokers just provide a service, the consumer ultimately sets the price. If everyone wants tickets, prices go up, if few people want tickets, prices go down.

Why should I buy tickets from Box Office Live Television and not get them from the box office?

Are you guys Ticketmaster?

No, we are not Ticketmaster or affiliated with them or any other box office. We are a private ticket broker and charge over face value for our tickets, as we pay premium prices to obtain them.

What happens if you take my order but can't get the tickets?

This is rare, but it does happen. If Box Office Live Television takes an order we have two options:  1. Box Office Live Television will try and get you other seats, sometimes at the same cost, sometimes at a higher or lower cost, we will discuss this with you before we change a guaranteed ticket order. 2. If that does not work, Box Office Live Television backs our guaranteed orders with a 200% Guarantee. That's right; double the price of the ticket back to you. This is one of the best guarantees in the industry; that's how confident we are that we will be able to get your tickets!

Can you mail my tickets to me?

No, Box Office Live Television™ cannot mail tickets to our customers. If tickets were sent by U.S mail there is no way of tracking the shipment/delivery. By using a delivery service such as Federal Express, packages can be tracked online or by phone. The customer’s signature is also required to help verify delivery and receipt of the ticket package.

Can you send my tickets to a PO Box?

No. We need to ship tickets to an address where an adult over 18 is available to provide a signature.

Can I have my tickets delivered to another address?

Tickets cannot be delivered to a different address. Box Office Live Television™ has an agreement with the credit card companies to only ship to the billing address of the credit card being used for the purchase.

Can you send my tickets without requiring a signature?

No, we require signatures on all ticket shipments.

What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?

 Losing tickets is identical to losing cash money. They are almost impossible to replace. Please keep your tickets in a safe, dry place. If they are lost or stolen, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you any way we can.

I see worse seats at a higher price. Why?

Our website lists tickets owned by different sources. Therefore, not everything listed actually comes from our internal inventory. As a result, prices for seats worse than others may actually be priced higher. These different sources listing their tickets determine their own prices, which may be more or less than our listings. Therefore, customers may see worse seat tickets listed at higher prices.

Is there sales tax?

There is no sales tax on ticket orders

At what age does a child require a ticket?

For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to the Venue. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy a seat and must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Please note, that for certain children’s events (such as Barney), all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Please check with us for your specific event for more information before you purchase tickets.
